Earlier on, i was at Suntec for dinner. Went to have Viet. cuisine. The shop's name "Pho Hoa" and it's situated at suntec tower 3, level 3. It was alright. I had Beef steak & beef balls rice noodles. Although it's size regular, it seems like large to me. I should have ordered the Large one and share it with my mum. The other size dishes were not too bad either. I really love the rice rolls but it wasnt wrapped properly. The presentation wasnt good, so yea. Overall, ratings, 6.5 / 10. Heh heh! ^.^
